Actually, Dopey Norman's was located just down the street from the old Wagon Wheel Saloon, on the same side, closer to the California/Nevada Stateline, with George's Gateway Club in between. Now, Harvey's Hotel and Casino occupies that entire section, from where the original Wagon Wheel Sallon was all the way to the stateline.
