That's true Barry ... having "Chapters" had LOTS to do with tax issues and liabilities ... because a Chapter would be an extention of the parent organization ... which is why ANA has "Member Clubs" ... not "Chapters". Not all individual members who belong to an ANA member club are ANA members.
