It was a Hilton branded casino at that time.

The Fiesta illegal Club in Biloxi was open from 1950 to 1993 and was closed to make way for Treasure Bay. It was the first club on the coast to offer entertainment and gambling year around.

So I guess both MS and La passed the riverboat laws about the same year.
