I Googled Casino Ray and found that it is a slot manufacturer in Finland that apparently licenses machines and table games to thousands of locations in Finland. RAY is called Finland's Slot Machine Association. Grand Casino Helsinki seems to be the big casino in Finland and has a Ray operation.
