Frank, what did you mean when you said, "And whenever I am offered a second chance offer, when pointing this out to the seller, I only consider offers that reflect that logic."?

When the seller sends off the SECOND CHANCE OFFER, the seller can't change the price on the form, can he? Ebay seems to force you to offer what the losing bidder did bid. Do you later negotiate with the each other?
