Don't know about TCR 12, but James' book lists it as "unique* $2000 $3000 $4000"

If I remember right, the * means that it's only known in damaged/cancelled form, and the listed prices are for the same condition (avg. s-u, new) in uncancelled/undamaged form.

He has it listed as 3rd issue.
