My EBAY Second Chance Offers are usually taken. I always enter a note in the remarks box telling the prospective buyer that I have a duplicate or I found a second item just like the first one. I offer to send them a scan (front and back) if they need to see what they are buying. I think most buyers usually think the second chance offer is a scam of sorts, but with a little verbiage, they usually snap up the offering.
