Like I said, Patience! Some people post something prior to reading what has already been posted. If something is important enough, they, like most people, would post the information immediately to warn others. They may then read later on, that other people are aware of the same problems/issues and have also posted the information as well. Have you ever noticed how many chipboard postings are "NCR" (which is "Not Chip Related")? Remember, we are all guests using this "tool" called the Chipboard, to buy/sell/trade chips, but for those of us who are in the , we use it to communicate or chit-chat about other things too. Also, you will find that, even though this is a "ChipBoard", people deal in all things casino-related and a few things that aren't.
