Any suggestions on the following Ebay situation..
I purchased an item 2 1/2 weeks ago and have not received it as of yet...I got a great deal on the chip and the description said "Its the only one I have my grandpa gave it to me!!" Well yesterday, I sent the seller an email asking for tracking as I have not received the chip..I have now noticed that the same chip is back up for bid on Ebay...I know what has happened..i got a great deal and the seller doesnt want to get rid of it for the good price...What do you suggest as my course of action from here? I know I probably need to do something fast before this other auction ends....Thanks in advance....Caleb
