Other than being smaller than a regular laptop, is there anything you CAN'T do on a Netbook that you can do on a full-sized computer?

Do Onlike poker sites like Pokerstars work fine on a Netbook? Youtube videos?

What about other applications such as MS Word, Excel.

Also how fast is it compared to regular full-sized computers?

I am interested, but am not familar with Netbooks.
