BC Wills sold the stick box chips out of their catalog. They would vary the chip color, stick color, inlay color, font color or font style in order to make custom chips. According to Wills, they would not replicate a custom order.

With repect to MAC (or KCAC), it is very possible and most likely probable that a custom set of stick box numbered chips were ordered. I probably have some of those chips on my site but don't know it. We do have information that a set of stick box chips were made for the Balinese Room. Those chips are on my site.
