This is TCR V9037, an oversize chip with a value code of * (no market). There's no listing for the notched version, but this one sold at the convention in the S value range. I haven't seen an uncancelled one for sale but would think it would be up in the Z ranges.

TCR dates this one to 1998; the casino closed in 2006.
