We've been referring to this as a cancelled chip, but I suspect it was stamped just to clarify the status of what was intended as a no-cash-value tournament chip. It probably continued in use for tournaments.

Do we have a TCR suffix for "overstamp"? That's really what this is. I really like this way of numbering so you can tell which chips are related.
