I have had the cancelled chip for quite a while. I've assumed it was the one in TCR. I haven't seen the 1-NCV before, cancelled or not. I think it's a new listing. Anyway, there wouldn't seem to be a need to overstamp this one, as it's marked No Cash Value in the hotstamp.
