Received in mail yesterday. Wondering if they are giving out NCV chips like Normandie or Hustler, or just paper vouchers? Worth going for chips, not for vouchers.

Note on the card it says you have to "Bring this postcard in", where Hustler gave out chips to everyone who registered.
