there are several of us that would like to know (or confirm) if/does the casino offer Win Cards chips?

If yes, I know that some of us (especially me) are interested in adding one of the chips to our collections. Also, if so, is/was the program 15 1-ncv chips or 3 5-NCV chips for $10 or 6 5-NCV chips for $15?

Also, if yes, do you have a scan?
