I haven't seen pics of any of the places you mentioned. The small & obscure clubs didn't get photographed like the big casinos.
There is a book of LV pictures that's on my list to check out next time I'm in LV.

Also, LV Historical Society has B&W photos of a variety of LV settings, including casinos. They do sell rights to their photos, but takes some effort to go through them.

Finally, the Univ. of Nevada, Las Vegas has their Center for Gaming Research on 3rd floor of the UNLV library. Lots of material there, though you'd need to go through it in person. I spent a full day there a few years ago, and the material is pretty interesting. See --
