I do think the building picture on the chip is a hint to where it went.

If I had the chip, I would search for pictures of both joints LV and Arkansas.
Wayne Threadgill in his book "Gambling In The Spa" on Hot Springs is not claiming the inlay 25.
But there is a picture of The Tower Club. The spire on top looks close to the picture on the 25 chip. Sort of Texas, Alamo structure.
