I have a white one, said to have come from a Lookout House hoard.
I can believe it for the one I have, because of where and who it came from. If I saw a blue one on ebay saying it was used at the Lookout, I would smile and pass on it.

The problem with the moon cresent chips is they were sold in quanity to anyone that wanted to buy them in that era.
Anything bought on ebay or from chip sellers could never be proven, where they were used.
Same for any of the generic chips sold to the illegal operators, by the old distributors from Florida to Oregon.
