What exactly is a "paste up"?
In Response To: Extra! Pic of "Paste Up" HR Chip Extra! ()

I am a huge fan and collector of HR LV and have not ever heard of a Paste Up. What am I missing out on?

Could someone also comment on the notched HR chip in the photo? It is the first one I have seen other than Roulettes.
