We stayed at Crystal Palace a year ago and I was surprised at the difference between it and Atlantis. I know Atlantis is more money but it is waaaaay above the Palace. They even had lower stakes tables at Atlantis and a lot more of them. I think the cheapest table at the Palace was $15 min. Needless to say i played the $3 Video BJ machine. And like you pointed out the tables were even open during the day.
