The AC Club has been around a long time. It is open to members from all over. I see no reason for it to disban or be renamed. At one time it was the largest "chapter" when the had Chapters. It may still be the largest club, but I don't have the numbers so I can't confirm that.
Other clubs and groups have formed and I see no problem with other clubs forming.
