This is a round sample plaque made by Matsui. It's not a jeton as it's twice as thick as a normal casino chip and 2 1/4" in diameter. It's made of three laminated layers, as are many casino plaques.

I haven't seen one of these actually made for a casino, but then I don't play with the big boys in European casinos.
