Why did the phone number go from 15 to 225 (I know it was NOT because they stopped using 2 digit numbers)? Did the Club close and reopen as a restaurant? When were Elko and Haw open at the same time? Did Haw. open as a club/restaurant without gaming, then get a casino license in 1952?
