I've always assumed this one was used to exchange for a book on how to play the casino games, but I don't have any personal knowledge of it. Caesars Palace also had one that said "Caesars Guide to Gaming" that I've always believed was good for a guidebook to the games. However, I've not seen such a book, so maybe it was something else.
