Okay, it IS from Detroit, but page 115 of the Gaming Table, also states it was called the Chesterfield Club. Could it be that there were more than one such club by that name? I found two different Chesterfield Clubs in the Gaming Table. The one on Dixie highway, Toledo which was owned by the Purple Gang, and this one which was owned by Fitzgerald in Detroit.
