I didn't make the meeting, but was wondering why the yellow duck engraved chip wasn't coded. Is is plastic, maybe?

Do the MSC chips mean no one brought a physical chip to show? I have a few of them and would be glad to mail to whoever makes the decision if that would mean they make the coded list sooner.
