3/4 of the way down the page, on the right, is a picture resizing program. Download it...then resizing is just a right click away! 
Put your curser on the picture you want to resize, right click, and a box will come up offering you the option of small, medium or large. Most of the time I use medium...
couldn't be any easier (or I wouldn't be able to do it!!
