When I went hunting at the convention for Win Card Chips I came across a "bright orange" Circus Circus Reno Win Card Chip variation. Doug Saito had this chip in his binders and I picked it up. This chip is the top chip of the 3. The two bottom ones I've had for a while and noticed that they were different.

The second image shows the side view of the chips. The "bright orange" really stands out (on the right) when you stand them out on edge. You also notice that the other two are different colors of orange as well.

So when you scan the chips at 600 dpi I notice some differences in the cross hatching of the bottom two. If you notice at the bottom left the seems to be a thinner cross hatch compared to the other 2. I also notice on the thinner cross hatch you get a thicker hot stamp. The other thing I noticed is that the unicorn tail seems to be a bit more curled up on the thicker cross hatch.

I'm sure since they made 10's of thousands of these chips there are many variations to the unicorn mold design.
