I am familiar with presidential chips. They go back to FDR & Truman (his chips are in his library) who were pretty good poker players. Harding had regular 'conferences' at the white house. Ike was pretty good but one of the best was Richard Nixion. Most presidential chips are red white & blue or mujlti-colored with the presidential seal. This may or may not be one? But, there were also chips used at embassies which just show the eagle. This is celluloid rim with inlaid center? In recent times you can get them made and some people sell them as presidential chips but they are not and have no documentation. I know of a person who has a GW Bush chip and it is genuine. Still a great chip!
