What more can I say - both England and USA qualified this afternoon after winning their games - USA with a last minute winner! Congrats to both Paul Biggs and Judy Wuerth - now I'm back to celebrate the England win !!!

I'll post a full update later tonight once the group D games have finished and we have more names to add to the in and out list!
