I stayed at the HRH Albq opening weekend. I arrived on Sunday. I did not find the staff helpful in any way towards the collector. I asked about the GO chips and was told to check the tables and the Players card counter since opening day June 11th they supposedly gave out vouchers for the chips. I was told they were all gone. Personally I found that hard to believe considering 5k were possibly made and this was Sunday mid day. Oh well. I also asked for a complete set of players cards and they wouldnt do that either. Nice place, but not very helpful.
