Seriously, I just don't know if it is worth it. The Ultra New Town Tavern have clearly shown they are not chipper friendly, and DO NOT want you to take the chips off the table. And they have let more than one chipper know that they do not want to sell any chips from their "cage".

You might be better off just hitting the North Las Vegas casinos.
