OK! Got the external hard drive resolved! Now for the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been getting a pop-up message about HP Product Assistant and it wants me to load a CD. I have everything working fine but this keeps attempting to load, won't disappear when I cancel it and just stays on the bottom tool bar ready to pop up whenever it wants to! HELP! I have tried to get help from HP! HA! HA!
