Can anyone let me know why Paypal even CARES about gift payments?? Whether the sender or receiver pays the fees, the fees still get paid! Are the fees a lower percentage when the sender does "gift"? I doubt it....

We need a code phrase that every chip member puts in the message field like "the blue turtle walks slowly" that really means "hey Paypal, get bent!"
