I wish someone would compile a guide for sellers that would let us know up front, not buried in "legal" fineprint, what needs to be done to CYA under many different circumstances like this one.

I drastically reduced how many items I sell on Ebay the last few years after constant fee increases, "discounted" listing specials that were often useless if you werent a power seller, and always siding with the buyer regardless of the facts- making the seller prove their innocence.

Ebay sent me a "sellers' opinion survey" recently...... They didnt do well
