Network with someone who has an aircard.
In Response To: WiFi at the Convention ()

My internet access for the last 4+ years (in places that don't have free wifi) has been through a Verizon aircard. It's what I use for all of my home internet usage, most of my airport internet usage, and some hotel usage (when the hotel wants to charge for it, doesn't have it or their signal is too weak). Find a friend who trusts you to have access to their laptop via a hardwired ethernet connection (one of those light blue cords with plugs that look like modular phone plugs but bigger) and you should be able to check your email using your own email client account(s) through their aircard online connection. The local network set-up process is pretty simple - the Windows wizards should walk you right through it.
