Eric, The last fatal Grand Canyon crash killed six and was a Papillion flight. I could not find where their main competitor, Maverick Tours had had a fatality. You can look at this one of two ways, Maverick is due and Papillion is not, or Maverick never had one and Papillion did. Good luck. Kruse
