Because we don't quite have all teams, the prizes will be 17 to the winner and 8 to the second placed team, with the 2 winners not having to send a chip to each other. I'll work out who sends to who at the end based on the first 17 alphabetically (excluding the 2 prize winners) sending to the winner, and the other 8 sending to the second place.

If any of the 5 unclaimed teams come in the top places, then we will send the prizes to 3rd or 4th place as necessary
