From the Desert Inn, it's described as green, house mold, with 3 dark pink and 3 navy inserts ($20 denomination), from the 1990s. However, I believe it is unlisted in in James' price guide. From the value code of 'H', I would think it to be fairly common. However, I've never come across it.
I asked this question in another post last night, but it may have gotten lost in the shuffle, so I wanted to pose it directly. 
Thanks for any info you can provide; I'd love to be able to add it to the collection some day!
