I'm really sorry to hear that you had to go through this. It's amazing how the banks won't work with people to stay in their homes. It seems that instead of going case by case, the majority of the time they are lumping everyone together.

One good thing though is that your new property taxes are less than a drink here in Las Vegas. And who knows....that "packrat behavior" might turn up a few treasures you had forgotten about that end up on & are the start of a new house fund. I know it must be really hard, but as others have already told you, look at it as a fresh start.

Are you coming to the convention for a day or two?
