Pam, I have seen that same gaming guide on Ebay. I am going to purchase one.

The Aluminum Binions Million Dollar display token/fob was just on ebay a few days ago.

These are the sort of pieces that normally sell on Ebay for around $5 or so. Had some wear, etc.

I got into a bidding war with someone, and I stopped bidding when it got to $20. Of course, it sold for $20.50.

Either it is rare, or someone REALLY wanted it for their collection..
