That chip run you made with Joe was at least a decade ago, not just a couple years ago.

When the chips were relatively new back then, and the "casino" and neighborhood were just a bit more (not much more) tame, it was more (not much more) of a challenge to one's bravado than literally putting your life in jeopardy today to try to get now 12-year-old worn H&C chips. They didn't stash any new chips for collectors 12 years ago. The people who you will encounter both inside and outside of the place don't want you there. They aren't just a bunch of "scary looking big guys". They will hurt you, or kill you, and/or steal everything you have.
