Steve, Your thinking about this the wrong way.
If your trying to calculate the odds of winning a "Specific" drawing like the First or second one, then you are correct, the odds are 2900 to 1.
However if there are 3 drawings then your chances of winning one of the 3 are 3 in 2900 or approximately 1 in 966.
