If that's the case then they were very lucky. I work there 3 days a week and see thousands of chips but very few Palazzo chips. Of the few Palazzo chips I do see, I look at each one to try and find an LCV/LCV and have yet to see one. And the order for 75,000 new chips has not come yet or at least been put into circulation. I do have hope though because the Venetian SCV/SCV were tough to get before but now are all over the place with the addition of several racks of new Venetians into the population.
