Clearly, things get heated here from time to time. In many cases, such as this one, people are posting to warn others not to get burned. I find it helpful. I don't always have to follow such advice, but at least I know what I might be getting myself into. If I see a person won't take responsibility for undelivered chips, I can take that into account if deciding whether to do business with them (and whether to buy insurance). I find most of the discussions here education, and helpful. When they get ugly, I often stop reading those threads. If I don't, I guess it's because I still want to read what everyone has to write. I don't let any of it stop me from posting, though. The more interesting and valuable, or just fun or pleasant posts people make, the less the angry stuff matters. Post away.
