You may remember I said Casino Arizona would have a new rack at the end of October. Well, the rack is probably in a vault some place,but they are holding off the change until they move into the new building. The new building was supposed to be completed by now, but the contractor put in the wrong size water pipes and they can't get water up to the upper floors. So things are moving slowly.
