Re: NCR Atlantic City Trip
As to the parking, when you pay at the parking garage (some when entering and others when exiting) you can ask for a receit which you may use one time as payment for any other casino self parking during the same day (6:00am to 5:59am). As you will be a hotel guest at Bally's I believe that they will supply you with a one time parking pass which you may obtain at the front desk. I have stayed many times at Caesars (also owned by Harrahs) and was always able to obtain parking passes whenever I needed just by showing my room key at the front desk, but only one each time I asked. In my opinion, the price that you got for the room is fair, for a weekend. You might find a little cheaper but not by much and Bally's is centrally located in the middle of the boardwalk. You should obtain a players card from each of the properties that you visit as this will decrease the cost of parking and such just by having the card and you may get some nice freebies just for joining, without even gambling. Casinos that are owned by the same parent company almost always share a common players card. I believe that the Borgata is the nicest casino in town and worth the trip to the inlet area of the city. Harrah's is next door to the Borgata and also a very nice casino. Trump Marina is also next door to Borgata but I feel it is not up to the other two in standards. The other casinos are all located on the boardwalk and also in my opinion, Caesars is the nicest of those casinos.
