Hi Judy, It was one of the Westside casinos 1980-82 on Owens ave Las Vegas. Others are Town Tavern, El Moracco, El Rio,Carver House etc. Blacks not allowed in Strip casinos had these westside joints, the Moulin Rouge being the most popular. Happy New Year, Greg
