I noticed that the cafe was under renovations, so I ordered room service once. It was delivered within about 25 minutes and the gentleman who brought it couldn't be more polite. The front desk was nice checking in, the lady at the Cuban place was extremely nice, and housekeeping always left a nice note in my room. I felt like Starbucks had taken over the Tropicana.
Of course I tip, but I tip at a lot of places where I'm met with rude, arrogant, and lazy people.
Two thumbs up for the new management at an old friend.
